1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph985 ("ph985," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph985.org. 3. Account Registration

ph985's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ph985 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by events beyond ph985's reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
